Typical installations run $1,200 and include a couple of hours of bobcat time to prep the site for the swimming pool. A load of sand is more than likely required for the base if you decide against a vermiculite bottom.

A vermiculite bottom (application and product) usually costs an additional $1,300 but makes the bottom of your swimming pool flat and sturdy.
